The DV8 Offroad TCJL-01 Jeep Wrangler JL Tailgate Mounted Tire Carrier replaces the weakest link on the OEM spare tire mounting system. Unlike Jeeps of the past, the JL features a cast steel internal tailgate structure. This means that it is much stronger and more capable of handling heavier loads. The DV8 TCJL-01 tire carrier replaces the factory bracket that connects the spare to the tailgate itself. It also makes the mounting system adjustable to accommodate up to a 35-inch tire and wheel combo. 

FEATURES:

  • Replaces weak link on OEM spare tire mounting system

  • Retains easy access to rear of the Jeep
  • Allows for adjustability of how high the spare is mounted
  • Retains OEM 3rd brake light

We accept returns on damaged items with a valid Return Authorization Number or a RMA number. We will refund the full amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
