The DV8 Offroad FBFF2-BR Ford Super Duty Adaptive Cruise Relocation Bracket can be used with any aftermarket bumper for your 2017-2021 F-250 or F-350. It moves the adaptive cruise sensor up into the grill so that it is still operational, and the adjustable design allows you to tune it in just right for your truck.

Does NOT fit 2022

Nice bracket, stainless hardware, gave it a shot for my 22 Lariat but seems Ford changed things in 22 for some silly reason a year before a design change and the bracket is too large.

It doesn’t fit the opening angles are wrong and it’s to long plus the opening for the sensor it a few inches to wide typical part from China had I known I wouldn’t have ordered

ACC bracket

Bracket is well made and fits pretty good. Install instructions are terrible. Also, on my truck the cable going to the sensor is about as tight as can be after moving the sensor to the new location. A short pig tail cable extension might be nice if it can be made.
This sensor being moved was due to a big Warn winch being installed. Seems to work good.
