Our Bronco Crash Bar Caps were designed to clean up the unfinished ends of your crash bar when running an aftermarket front bumper. After installing most off-road bumpers, the open ends of the crash bar are left exposed and unsightly. These steel caps provide a finished look to the bar, and offer a mounting point for accessories. The accessory mount can be used to install up to 3-inch light pods, rock lights, RGB accent lights, or even a GoPro camera to capture rock crawling footage.

These fit Broncos with up to 35-inch tires and the Sasquatch package or equivalent aftermarket lift. The caps are constructed from 3mm steel and finished in a micro-texture black powder coat. Installation is simple, as these feature a direct fit, bolt-on design.

Another nice DV8 product

I’m a fan of DV8 products, owning the Bronco MTO front and Spec rear bumpers, and lower rear shock skids. I like the quality. I bought the crash bar caps purely for esthetics and to slow the ingress of mud into the tubes. I’d probably have designed them with a silver plate behind the DV8 cutout to further prevent mud from getting into the bars but am happy with the product.

Great look

The DV8 end caps are very well made, bolt on easily and cover the open and unsightly crash bar end with a single bolt exposed in the Wildtrak with Sasquatch package. These are a perfect fit and cover give a very nice finished look. I would recommend to any Bronco owner with a Wildtrak/Sasquatch model!
