2021-2025 Ford Bronco | Tube Fender Flares

The flares are well made and look good in the pictures however the significant rake of the front flares was not apparent to me when I ordered and is not something I wanted for my vehicle. I would recommend carefully looking at the pictures to determine whether you would be comfortable with the upward rake before ordering.

The tube and steel fender flares are a great addition to my Ford Wildtrak. Definitely recommend getting the same thing for your vehicle!

Just installed these on my 2023 Bronco Outer Banks. They are great and change the appearance of the truck into something more rugged looking. They are extremely well built and work well with my DV8 MTO rear bumper.
Install was relatively easy, but save yourself some time. 1. Remove the wheel and tire to give yourself space to work. 2. Completely remove the inner fenders, front and rear; it's much easier than trying to fight it while working around it 3. Be very careful removing the inner fender plastic push pins they are fragile. You need to remove the screws GENTLY applying little force and using a small phillips screw driver. They are easily mangled if you try to use an electric driver/drill. 4. I found it easier to re-install the push pins by removing the screw from the pin body, insert the body, then just push the screw in place to secure the whole thing. Just my opinion...

After adding Wildpeak A/TW4's in 35x11.5R17 I decided I wanted more clearance in the fender area -vs- what the stock flares offer. . Not only for looks but also for off-road functionality. I looked at several different options and brands but decided on the DV8 flares.

These flares are slightly wider than my stock non-Sas Badlands flares. I'd say the width of them is about in-between the stock Badlands flares and the stock Sasquatch flares.

Install was easy'ish and it took about 4 hours total. I am very happy with the quality, look and functionality of these flares. I'd highly recommend them for your Bronco!

I have bought other products from DV8 and really have been impressed. The packaging is always great and how it should be when dealing with powder coated items. I purchased and installed these fenders a couple weeks back. Easy install but had a problem with the rear fender on the rear section where it meets the rear bumper. I have an ARB rear bumper and the fenders would not install without grinding off a 1/4 on the metal fender. I feel the design is not good for all rear bumper so be careful. Im a DIY guy and don't mind doing some custom work to make these fit, but others will not like cutting off a section after they just paid for 1k. And too make things worse the fenders went on sale right after I bought them. Im coming from a BASE and it is more wider then stock and gives you more clearance due to the arch design. Actually makes it look more lifted too. Overall I love the fenders and I'm happy! Just so you have an idea I'm sitting on take off Badlands non SAS (from Auto 2DR) suspension with 285/70/17 tires.
