New Rack Testing

With the launch of our new roof rack line, we’re diving into some awesome bolt-on accessories to go along with it, things like light and awning mounts, molle panels, and our billet grab handles (like the “cleat” design in the photo).

Before we release anything new, we like to make sure it’s been thoroughly tested in the real world. that means putting it in the hands of actual users who run our gear every day. it’s the best way to make sure everything we offer is tough, functional, and up to dv8 standards.

Hardtop Quality Assurance

On the hardtop side of things, our commitment to quality is still going strong. every hardtop that leaves our facility goes through multiple quality checks during production. before it’s boxed up and shipped, one of our R&D team members does a final inspection—making sure everything from the gel coat to the seals and packaging is spot on. we don’t let anything slide when it comes to quality.
